This course will introduce you to the balanced scorecard (BSC), the leading and predominant methodology for strategic planning, strategy execution, and strategic management used in businesses, government, and non-profit organizations throughout the world.
An excellent strategic plan provides not only the documentation of the strategy but must also include how the strategy is executed. The balanced scorecard and strategic planning methodology presented in this course augments the BSC with the latest practices and models currently used in business and government. This includes the development of KPIs and measures that align and drive high performance throughout the organization. The hands-on course is taught using case studies, team exercises and lectures.
At the conclusion of the course, you will have the opportunity to complete an online certification examination and, upon receiving a satisfactory grade, you will receive your Professional Balanced Scorecard Certification from SKEMA Business School and The Lumen Institute.
