Mitchell Weisberg is a professor at SKEMA Business School and professor at Northeastern University in Boston where he currently teaches advanced strategy, balanced scorecard, design thinking, entrepreneurship, cross-cultural management, and corporate governance in Executive Education and MBA courses.
Mr. Weisberg is the Managing Director of Lumen Solutions, Inc. and Executive Director of The Lumen Institute. He was a member of the original team that developed the balanced scorecard with Drs. Norton and Kaplan of the Harvard Business School. He has over 30 years of teaching, training, and consulting on balanced scorecard and strategic planning internationally in public and private sector organizations including government, NGO, and industry. He has applied and taught balanced scorecard, strategic planning, performance management, and strategy execution methodology to over 400 industry leaders and government organizations worldwide.
Mr. Weisberg is a Certified Master Balanced Scorecard Professional (George Washington University), Certified in Education (Northeastern University), and certified in Organizational Development by National Training Laboratory (NTL).
