Certification
Upon completion of the class, you are eligible to sit for the certification examination to become a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, provided by SKEMA Business School and the Lumen Institute. To earn your certification, you must attend the three-day course and complete the following:
- Attend and participate in all sessions of the course
- Contribute to development of balanced scorecard components in team presentations
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of the 12 Elements of Balanced Scorecard methodology throughout the course
- Achieve a passing grade on the Professional Certification Exam
The class includes time for you to complete the certification examination; you also have the option to take the exam on your own time.
Professional Certification from the Lumen Institute, which was created by one of the original developers of the balanced scorecard and is recognized internationally as compliant with university and institutional standards. It is consistent with the quality of professional certifications provided by other industry members (e.g. Cisco, Google, HP, KPI Institute, Microsoft, etc.) and has been provided to over 150 organizations worldwide including: Amgen, HP, IBM, KPMG, Linde, and Africa Union, US Army, US Government, Government of the UAE.
