Early Conference Check-in
We will have staff in the lobby of the Marriott from 3-6pm on Friday so that you can check in for the conference if you wish.
Opening Reception
There is a sponsored reception at Taverna Agora from 6:30 – 9:30PM on Friday. Drop in at any time and head upstairs to the rooftop bar for food and drinks with conference attendees. A shuttle will run from the Marriott from 6:30 – 10PM.
Conference Check-in
Staff will be ready for check-in at the Convention Center at 8am on Saturday morning. The building will open at 7 if you would like to come and look around early. The conference begins at 9am.
Monday Afternoon Events
In addition to the 3 sessions starting at 2pm in the Convention Center, we will be running a bus on a continuous loop from the Marriott to the Organic & Carbon Electronics Cluster lab facilities on NC State’s Centennial Campus from 3 – 6:30pm. If you are interested in touring the lab facilities you can sign up for a time slot at the registration table, but anyone is welcome to take the bus and take a walking tour of campus and see our award-winning Hunt Library.
Tuesday banquet — Museum of NAtural Sciences
This is a ticketed event ($45) that includes access to the entire Museum during our cocktail hour and seated dinner (6-10pm).
