Cancellation Instructions
Please submit all cancellation notices in writing to ContinuingEducation@ncsu.edu.
Refunds
Cancel your registration and get a full refund, without penalty, by sending a written notification before 5 p.m. ET on October 31, 2022. Cancellations on or after November 1, 2022, will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Non-paid no-shows registered by the internet, phone, or fax will invoice. At any time you may send a substitute participant without penalty by sending a written request to ContinuingEducation@ncsu.edu, along with the names of the current registrant, the new registrant and their email addresses.
On rare occasions, our events may need to pivot to a virtual format or be canceled due to extreme circumstances. Should a virtual transition or cancellation of the event be required, notice will be given to you via email and posted to the website as quickly as possible. In the event of inclement weather, please call 919.515.2261 to inquire about the status of this meeting.
