Refunds
Cancel your registration and get a full refund, without penalty, by sending a written notification before 5 p.m. ET on October 31, 2022. Cancellations on or after November 1, 2022, will be liable for the full conference registration fee. Non-paid no-shows registered by the internet, phone, or fax will invoice. At any time you may send a substitute participant without penalty by sending a written request to [email protected], along with the names of the current registrant, the new registrant and their email addresses.
On rare occasions, our events may need to pivot to a virtual format or be canceled due to extreme circumstances. Should a virtual transition or cancellation of the event be required, notice will be given to you via email and posted to the website as quickly as possible.
