Early registration housing rates for symposium attendees are available at four locations:
- Wolf Village Apartments on the NC State campus
- Raleigh Marriott City Center
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh SW NC State
- TownePlace Suites by Marriott Raleigh-University Area
Shuttle bus service between all the locations and the McKimmon Center will be provided.
The Holiday Inn Express and TownePlace Suites are located adjacent to each other, 2.4 miles from the McKimmon Center. The Raleigh Marriott is 3 miles from the McKimmon Center in downtown Raleigh.
Wolf Village Apartments
The Wolf Village Apartments (WVA) complex is a 10 minute walk from the McKimmon Center. Shuttle bus service between Wolf Village and the McKimmon Center will be provided. Each apartment is divided into four fully furnished, single occupancy bedrooms with full-sized beds, two full bathrooms, a small living room, kitchen with microwave, stove, and refrigerator, combination washer/dryer and high-speed internet with wi-fi throughout. ADA apartments are available.
The WVA registration room rate is $ 40.00/day plus a $20 one-time linen fee. Both fees are tax exempt. Daily guest parking passes ($10.60/day) can be purchased on the Registration page of this website and at WVA check-in.
The deadline for reserving a room at the Wolf Village Apartments is Monday May 15, 2023. No opportunities to arrange for housing at WVA will be available after that date.
The on-campus Fountain Dining Hall and several fast food restaurants are within easy walking distance. A few full-service restaurants are also nearby near the fast food eateries.
Reservations for Wolf Village housing are now closed.
Marriott Center City
The Marriott Center City is a full-service hotel located 3 miles from the McKimmon Center in downtown Raleigh. Rooms and suites are available and amenities include a restaurant and a bar, on-site Starbucks, daily housekeeping, turndown service, free wi-fi, fitness center and an indoor pool. Numerous restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. Limited shuttle bus service to the McKimmon Center will be provided.

Holiday Inn & Suites
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel is located 2.4 miles from the McKimmon Center, adjacent to the TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Amenities include free breakfast, free wi-fi, free parking, a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in each room, indoor pool and a fitness center. ADA rooms are available and the hotel is pet friendly. The only near-by restaurant is next door in the TownPlace Suites by Marriott. Limited shuttle bus service to the McKimmon Center will be provided.
Symposium early-registration rates are $125 for a standard two queen bed room and $135 for a standard king bed room plus 7.25% State Sales tax and 6% Occupancy tax. The deadline for early registration rates is Friday May 12, 2023.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is an all-suites hotel located 2.4 miles from the McKimmon Center, adjacent to the Holiday Inn & Suites. Amenities include a kitchen in each suite, free breakfast, free wi-fi, free parking, a fitness center and an on-site restaurant. ADA suites are available and the hotel is pet friendly. Limited shuttle bus service to the McKimmon Center will be provided.
Symposium early-registration rates are $145.00 for a Studio King Suite and $155.00 for a Studio Double Queen Suite. Those rates do not include the 6% Occupancy tax and 7.25% State Sales Tax for 13.25% total tax amount. The deadline for early registration rates is Sunday May 14, 2023.
